Very Good
The location was excellent for the sights we were seeing, including the train to Versailles. The apartment was very spacious and the view of the Eiffel tower was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful.

Pleasant but overpriced
We were upgraded to a two room apartment without request, which was quite nice. The rooms were clean and the people on the Reception were helpful (Louise & Fanny). The building has its own secure parking (but @ 30 euros per night). Location is prime as its is 1km from the Eiffel.
We booked the apartment for a view on the Eiffel tower. But it was obstructed due to an ugly constructed some sort of a giant pillar. This is also the case with other apartments since they all face the same direction. When asked about extended checkout (with extra payment), we got conflicting answers from different people at the reception. Initially we were told its possible, but then the next morning they said its not. And by that time we had already planned excursions hoping to checkout late. There is a sign which says theft from the parking garage is not their responsibility. That kind of defeats the purpose of an underground basement parking. Lack of utensils in the kitchen (like proper wine glasses, or knives) were not helpful but we cna live without those.

Amazing view, clean, great location
View from room was amazing but want to charge you for every little extra
Air con didn’t work and when we mentioned it they said they would fix the next day but no one cane to look at it. Also charge for leaving luggage and don’t tell you so you find out when you go back in the lift onto another floor and see it.
